Hamdi Sunay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Società Sportiva Savoia's goalkeeper William Moraes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hamdi Sunay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without William Moraes having to make a save. Zachariasz Bronicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. William Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olavo Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Hamdi Sunay took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised William Moraes. William Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Hamdi Sunay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. William Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. William Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamdi Sunay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Argento 1972 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ernesto Cearense made the kick off in the second half. If Zachariasz Bronicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamdi Sunay received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. William Moraes came out and tried to block the shot, but Hamdi Sunay slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 54th minute. Zachariasz Bronicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 61st minute, Anselmo Mangueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dida Potiguar came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Società Sportiva Savoia's João Pedro de Senna. But to his dismay, João Pedro de Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Argento 1972's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Téo Cardoso was slow to take the kick. During this time Società Sportiva Savoia's players had a chance to rest. Società Sportiva Savoia's Téo Cardoso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dida Potiguar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 72 played minutes Società Sportiva Savoia got a freekick which was hit by Celso Trigo. In the 73rd minute, Fausto Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Zachariasz Bronicki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Società Sportiva Savoia's goalkeeper William Moraes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Società Sportiva Savoia's William Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Bronicki in the 79th minute of play. William Moraes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zachariasz Bronicki in the 81st minute. William Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Orlan's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Hamdi Sunay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamdi Sunays short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got William Moraes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Olavo Motta hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Argento 1972 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
