After a rather tough play, Águia de Marabá STAND BY's Tomé Eger got a free kick in the 35th minute. Cássio Romero hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Zachariasz Bronicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Régis Mello having to interfere. After some careless play in the Águia de Marabá STAND BY defense, Zachariasz Bronicki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Régis Mello. The Águia de Marabá STAND BY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Régis Mello should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zachariasz Bronicki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hamdi Sunay took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Régis Mello. Águia de Marabá STAND BY's Régis Mello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Águia de Marabá STAND BY from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zachariasz Bronicki in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Régis Mello saved Águia de Marabá STAND BY from getting behind. Hamdi Sunay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Régis Mello made a huge save. Hamdi Sunay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Régis Mello having to make a save. Zachariasz Bronicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamdi Sunay struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Argento 1972 played a much better game than Águia de Marabá STAND BY and deserved their victory. The Águia de Marabá STAND BY players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
