Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bruno Aguiar started the match with the kick off. Fabiano Bittencourt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romário Dantas having to interfere. Fabiano Bittencourt took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romário Dantas. Romário Dantas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cafu do Nascimento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Fábio Valadares having to make a save. Cafu do Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Luiz Fábio Valadares made a huge save. Perivaldo Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Luiz Fábio Valadares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armandinho Pernambucano in the 25th minute. Romário Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC Shox's Luiz Fábio Valadares got control of the ball when Armandinho Pernambucano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 played minutes FC Shox got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Souza. After 36 played minutes FC Shox got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Souza. In the 42nd minute João Vítor Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Valadares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romário Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Aguiar in the 46th minute of the match. Sílvio Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Romário Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half FC Shox were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Luiz Fábio Valadares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armandinho Pernambucano went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Aguiar in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romário Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Laranja EC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bruno Aguiar 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Aguiar in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romário Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zé Roberto Meira's late challenge caught a FC Shox's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Roberto Meira helped the player get up and apologised. Zé Roberto Meira hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Bruno Aguiar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romário Dantas was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. When Bruno Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the FC Shox fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Aguiar couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Fabiano Bittencourt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Romário Dantas, passed just outside the right post. Romário Dantas came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Shox's Fabiano Bittencourt. But to his dismay, Fabiano Bittencourt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 87th minute João Vítor Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Valadares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 played minutes Laranja EC got a freekick which was hit by Armandinho Pernambucano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Barros in the 95th minute of play forced FC Shox's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Valadares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Laranja EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Shox were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
