Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luciano Bueno started the match with the kick off. After 6 minutes of play, Laranja EC's Armandinho Pernambucano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dito Camargo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, Didi Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dito Camargo. Bagre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Didi Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 16th minute Armandinho Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dito Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafu do Nascimento in the 22nd minute of the match. Cafu do Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Luciano Bueno in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Romário Dantas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Vítor Dante in the 33rd minute of play forced Bagre's goalkeeper Dito Camargo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Laranja EC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Armandinho Pernambucano hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, João Vítor Dante left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laranja EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 40 minutes into the match, Laranja EC's Cafu do Nascimento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dito Camargo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st minute João Vítor Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Didi Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dito Camargo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Vítor Dante to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Bagre's goal looked a bit too open when Walmyr Valle came free, but Dito Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cafu do Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Dito Camargo made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Laranja EC's Didi Barros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. João Vítor Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Camargo having to interfere. Bagre's Dito Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armandinho Pernambucano in the 69th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Walmyr Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dito Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Vítor Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Dito Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Armandinho Pernambucano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dito Camargo. Armandinho Pernambucano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Dito Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Vítor Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Cafu do Nascimento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dito Camargo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. In the 86th minute, Laranja EC's João Vítor Dante ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dito Camargo. Dito Camargo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Dito Camargo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. During the 90th minute of the match Cafu do Nascimento completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cafu do Nascimento a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Bagre booed when Laranja EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu do Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bagre's Dito Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Barros in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Laranja EC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
