Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 68th minute, Luís Fernando Ribeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luís Toscano in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tião Loyola saved Laras from getting behind. After 72 played minutes Laras got a freekick which was hit by Richard Gerber. After having played for 78 minutes, Luís Fernando Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Fernando Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clemente Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Tião Loyola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Laras got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Leite. Pedro Luís Toscano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tião Loyola having to make a save. Laras's Rodolfo Aparecido got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rdth minute of the game Pedro Luís Toscano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laras's Tião Loyola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 95 played minutes Pedro Luís Toscano rounded Laras's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-1. Laras were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Clube de Regatas do Flame for a fine match.
