The Clube de Regatas do Flame fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Clube de Regatas do Flame's Jano Soares looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Clube de Regatas do Flame's Jano Soares in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Clube de Regatas do Flame's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Mattos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jaime dos Santos came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Valeria's Igor Mattos. But to his dismay, Igor Mattos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Luís Toscano got free with Téo Correia in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Clemente Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Téo Correia having to interfere. Valeria's Téo Correia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Valeria from getting a goal against them. Jaime dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Mattos in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Clube de Regatas do Flame defense, Igor Mattos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime dos Santos. The Clube de Regatas do Flame fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime dos Santos should have stopped the shot. Jano Soares struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Téo Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube de Regatas do Flame. Pedro Luís Toscano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Téo Correia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Otávio Pombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valeria's supporters rose to their feet, but Otávio Pombal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime dos Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Valeria's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luís Toscano came free, but Téo Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Luís Toscano in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Téo Correia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the match, Pedro Luís Toscano notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Valeria's Téo Correia. Téo Correia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Clube de Regatas do Flame's Jaime dos Santos got control of the ball when Breno Paes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute, Pedro Luís Toscano made a precise shot to the right of Téo Correia. Valeria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. The Clube de Regatas do Flame fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Téo Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Téo Correia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Luís Toscano's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, Valeria's Oswaldo Pinho got a free kick in the 95th minute. Téo Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luís Toscano in the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Clube de Regatas do Flame had played much better football throughout.
