Armandinho Sá was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 18 minutes, José Carlos Monteiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. Jacinto Sanches made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Zé Carlos Fernandez sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Toledo in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armandinho Sá saved Verde from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Zé Carlos Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Toledo came free, but Armandinho Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Corinthians FC's Marcos Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armandinho Sá made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 40th minute, Zé Carlos Fernandez made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Sanches. Corinthians FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Emílio Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emílio Queiroz to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacinto Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Sanches didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Carlos Fernandez went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Zé Carlos Fernandez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Sanches was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Jacinto Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Carlos Fernandez in the 64th minute of play. Jacinto Sanches didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Verde's Emílio Queiroz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-5 in the ordered_time% minute.
