Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jeremias Gomes got the match started through his kick off. Leonel de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Maurício Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cabreiro's Vitório Pinheiro got a free kick in the 10th minute. Jeremias Gomes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th match minute, fodase fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarcisio Matos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, fodase fc's Tarcisio Matos got a free kick in the 18th minute. Leonel de Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Braga in the 24th minute of play forced fodase fc's goalkeeper Maurício Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th match minute, Cabreiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitório Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo Neves having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cabreiro's Vitório Pinheiro got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonel de Azevedo made a kick off. If Jeremias Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vitório Pinheiro during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of fodase fc booed when Cabreiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitório Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Sampaio hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a little luck, fodase fc's Maurício Arósio got control of the ball when Jeremias Braga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonel de Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Maurício Arósio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabreiro. Tarcisio Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo Neves having to interfere. Jeremias Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Jeremias Gomes notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Cabreiro's Remo Neves. Remo Neves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 72nd minute, Jeremias Gomes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the game, Jeremias Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Remo Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 81 played minutes Cabreiro got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Braga. In the 83rd match minute, fodase fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarcisio Matos to maneuver through the defense. Chicão Barral's late challenge caught a fodase fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chicão Barral helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Cabreiro got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Barral.
