Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luisinho Ferraz made the kick off which started today's match. The crowd rose to their feet as João Augusto Pena kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Léo Siqueira. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Samambaia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginaldo Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. Claudinei Zanette's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Léo Siqueira firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 9 played minutes Samambaia got a freekick which was hit by Váldson Seco. After a rather tough play, Esporte Clube Poções's Afonso Dantas got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Samambaia's Luisinho Ferraz in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esporte Clube Poções's goalie prevented a goal. Luisinho Ferraz might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robinho Cruz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luisinho Ferraz ran back to his position shaking his head. João Augusto Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. A collision led to Samambaia getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Nico Vasconcelos hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Reginaldo Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Vander took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Léo Siqueira. Samambaia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 20th minute Marquinhos de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robinho Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Silvinho Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samambaia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvinho Gomes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute of the match, João Augusto Pena tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Léo Siqueira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 29 minutes into the match, Samambaia's goalkeeper Léo Siqueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudinei Zanette. In the 33rd minute of the match, Claudinei Zanette got a very nice opportunity to score, but Léo Siqueira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Claudinei Zanette could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Léo Siqueira made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Esporte Clube Poções's Léo Siqueira threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from João Augusto Pena, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 41 minutes into the match, Samambaia's goal looked a bit too open when João Augusto Pena came free, but Léo Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nico Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Samambaia's Luisinho Ferraz in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esporte Clube Poções's goalie prevented a goal. Léo Siqueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when João Augusto Pena made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Samambaia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, Samambaia's goal looked a bit too open when João Augusto Pena came free, but Léo Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th match minute, Esporte Clube Poções was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Augusto Pena to maneuver through the defense. After 57 played minutes Esporte Clube Poções got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Dantas. Robinho Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luisinho Ferraz's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After 70 minutes of play, Esporte Clube Poções's Afonso Dantas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Léo Siqueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Léo Siqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Dantas in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Esporte Clube Poções's João Augusto Pena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo Siqueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 81st minute João Augusto Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudinei Zanette scored 4-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Léo Siqueira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute Claudinei Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Neto during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Esporte Clube Poções booed when Samambaia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esporte Clube Poções's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
