When Wiliam Ramalho fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Mônaco F. C.'s protests and gave Wiliam Ramalho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Real Mônaco F. C. getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Wiliam Ramalho hit a great ball. Herminio Jullian acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 8th minute, took the ball on the long shot from João Francisco Recife. In the 9th minute, Gonçalo Corrêa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herminio Jullian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Sílvio Luiz de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Jullian having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Real Mônaco F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Tiaguinho Rodrigues. When Wiliam Ramalho was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 23 minutes had been played. In the 23rd match minute, Real Mônaco F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. Herminio Jullian acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from João Francisco Recife. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmílson Leão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Herminio Jullian made a huge save. Gonçalo Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40thth minute of the game Gonçalo Corrêa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Mônaco F. C.'s Herminio Jullian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonçalo Corrêa in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herminio Jullian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yuri de Medeiros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Herminio Jullian. Real Mônaco F. C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Corrêa notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Real Mônaco F. C.'s Herminio Jullian. Herminio Jullian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Gonçalo Corrêa put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Herminio Jullian. Gwaan Rude Association's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Henk De Hond scored to the left of an out of position Ezequiel Alves, making the score, 3-1. 68 minutes into the match, Gwaan Rude Association's goalkeeper Ezequiel Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henk De Hond. 70 minutes into the game, Gwaan Rude Association's Gonçalo Corrêa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Herminio Jullian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. When Gwaan Rude Association's Gonçalo Corrêa in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Mônaco F. After some careless play in the Real Mônaco F. C. defense, Gonçalo Corrêa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herminio Jullian. The Real Mônaco F. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herminio Jullian should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute Gonçalo Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Jullian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
