Azevedo SS's Víktor Pires was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Váldson França in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 51st minute, Humberto Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Oséas de Barros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raphael Coutinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Váldson França didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azevedo SS. After a rather tough play, Azevedo SS's Ian Barbosa got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute, Vítor Pimenta sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mafia FC's Váldson França didn't even have to move. Azevedo SS were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
