Azim Talaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Azim Talaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Balkiewicz in the 7th minute of the match. Xandeco FC's Nicolas Nóbrega got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute Rodrigo Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmund Balkiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute, Edmund Balkiewicz made a precise shot to the right of Azim Talaz. Ibipetum EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 20th minute Edmund Balkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Azim Talaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Edmund Balkiewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xandeco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luiz Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azim Talaz having to interfere. Azim Talaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enio Ceresso went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Xandeco FC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Xandeco FC's Edmund Balkiewicz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 45 minutes into the match, Nicolas Nóbrega had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Azim Talaz. Ibipetum EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Nóbrega was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmund Balkiewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ibipetum EC's Azim Talaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Ibipetum EC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Ibipetum EC's Azim Talaz got control of the ball when Edmund Balkiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmund Balkiewicz got free with Azim Talaz in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Azim Talaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Nóbrega in the 61st minute of play. Xandeco FC's Guga de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Rezende in the 64th minute of play. Edmund Balkiewicz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 66th playminute. Enio Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azim Talaz having to interfere. Azim Talaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Nóbrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Edmund Balkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Azim Talaz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Xandeco FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Lino Vander hit a great ball. Edmund Balkiewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Azim Talaz having to make a save. Nicolas Nóbrega took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Azim Talaz. Azim Talaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Ibipetum EC's Azim Talaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Ibipetum EC from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute, Enio Ceresso fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Edmund Balkiewicz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Xandeco FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Xandeco FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
