In the 18th match minute, Aesthetics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Cipriano Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fábio Vasconcelos having to interfere. Luís Fábio Vasconcelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Rosado in the 22nd minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Aesthetics got a freekick which was hit by André Luiz Peres. After some careless play in the Formos FC defense, Frank Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilian de Toledo. The Formos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilian de Toledo should have stopped the shot. Magno Ortiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Magno Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

56 minutes into the match, Aesthetics's Frank Fonseca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilian de Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jean Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Formos FC's zone, Magno Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilian de Toledo came out of the goal and Magno Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cipriano Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Formos FC's Felipe Neiva got a free kick in the 64th minute. Wilian de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Ortiz in the 66th minute of the match. Magno Ortiz took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilian de Toledo. Wilian de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 71st minute Magno Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilian de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Wilian de Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aesthetics. A collision led to Formos FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Victor Esteves hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Magno Ortiz made a precise shot to the right of Wilian de Toledo. Formos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Aesthetics's Magno Ortiz got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by André Luiz Peres during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gilberto Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Fábio Vasconcelos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When Frank Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Aesthetics fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Fonseca couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Victor Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Fonseca took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilian de Toledo. Wilian de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Aesthetics fans cheered their team off the field, for while Formos FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
