OvO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Loureiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The Malinha FC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Malinha FC's Federico Cebo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After a defensive mix-up in OvO FC's zone, Tales Esteves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joélson Fonseca came out of the goal and Tales Esteves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, OvO FC's Jeferson Goiano got a free kick in the 71st minute. Joélson Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Loureiro in the 72nd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, OvO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tales Esteves came free, but Joélson Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86thth minute of the game Tales Esteves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OvO FC's Joélson Fonseca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
