After some careless play in the Aesthetics defense, Victor de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fábio Vasconcelos. The Aesthetics fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fábio Vasconcelos should have stopped the shot. José Augusto da Cunha hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Luís Fábio Vasconcelos didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Newtown EC's Victor de Souza shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. José Augusto da Cunha charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Augusto da Cunha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, one of Aesthetics:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aesthetics.
