When Waldemar Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the llans Football fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Silveira couldn't finish the play. After 7 minutes of play, llans Football's Waldemar Silveira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldemar Secco was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 13 played minutes llans Football got a freekick which was hit by Wágner Mineiro. In the 14th minute of the match João Adolfo Toledo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Américo Vieira skillfully saved the ball. Américo Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamílton Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Eriberto Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Secco having to interfere. Waldemar Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Rony Proença came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the llans Football fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rony Proença couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, llans Football's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Campidelis came free, but Américo Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Gerber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Waldemar Secco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waldemar Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredão Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot by Fellipe Massa from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got Waldemar Secco's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Américo Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaká da Rocha in the 43rd minute of the match. Waldemar Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, llans Football was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Gerber to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waldemar Silveira made a kick off. Waldemar Secco came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by llans Football's Alfredão Meira. But to his dismay, Alfredão Meira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Waldemar Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Waldemar Secco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, llans Football's Rony Proença sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waldemar Secco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Waldemar Secco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 64 minutes, Doriva Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. G. LINS 4EVER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doriva Camargo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Américo Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Guilherme Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. A collision led to llans Football getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Wágner Mineiro hit a great ball. G. LINS 4EVER's Cipriano Campidelis got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, llans Football's Paulo Renato Queirós got a free kick in the 71st minute. Alfredão Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlinhos Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Kaká da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Américo Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Wágner Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Américo Vieira was a little too slow when Luiz Guilherme Trancoso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 2-1. With 84 minutes on the clock, Paulo Renato Queirós commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 83 minutes into the game, one of llans Football:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 86 minutes into the game, João Adolfo Toledo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Américo Vieira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Américo Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Eriberto Gerber managed to get in a good position for a shot. llans Football's supporters rose to their feet, but Eriberto Gerber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldemar Secco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. llans Football were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
