After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Bernardinho Arruda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bank.co's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardinho Arruda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antônio Favoretto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Okan Drogba spun around in front of the goal 16 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Barrigada's goal. Bank.co's Okan Drogba was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, Barrigada's Flavinho Coelho got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Bernardinho Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Okan Drogba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antônio Favoretto. Barrigada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Okan Drogba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The Bank.co fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Bank.co's Okan Drogba looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Okan Drogba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Antônio Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fiori Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antônio Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Arruda in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Fiori Porto made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Okan Drogba sped through Barrigada's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Antônio Favoretto. Bernardinho Arruda took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antônio Favoretto. Antônio Favoretto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The audience was convinced that Okan Drogba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antônio Favoretto was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Barrigada's Sidnei Capixaba got a free kick in the 65th minute. Antônio Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Okan Drogba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antônio Favoretto came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Bank.co's Okan Drogba. But to his dismay, Okan Drogba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 73rd minute, Okan Drogba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardinho Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Barrigada's Antônio Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Arruda in the 83rd minute of play. When Duarte Botelho fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrigada's protests and gave Duarte Botelho a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 played minutes Barrigada got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Botelho. Bernardinho Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Antônio Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Okan Drogba in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antônio Favoretto saved Barrigada from getting behind.
