Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) 3 minutes into the game, Númenor FC's William Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vivaldo Borges made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Cortado's Gil Seco got a free kick in the 6th minute. Númenor FC made a substitution. André Araújo replaced Nilton Favoretto. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Toledo in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vivaldo Borges prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Guga Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vivaldo Borges didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gualter Bittencourt went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Cortado defense, William Toledo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vivaldo Borges. The Cortado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vivaldo Borges should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristóvão Antunes got free with Vivaldo Borges in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gualter Bittencourt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vivaldo Borges came out and tried to block the shot, but Gualter Bittencourt slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 28th minute. Claudinho Donatello charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudinho Donatello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gualter Bittencourts short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Vivaldo Borges to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 37th minute, Guga Almeida made a precise shot to the right of Vivaldo Borges. Cortado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The supporters of Cortado booed when Númenor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vivaldo Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Toledo in the 44th minute of the match. Vivaldo Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell William Toledo to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Cortado's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Antunes came free, but Vivaldo Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vivaldo Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guga Almeida in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute William Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivaldo Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Cortado's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Bittencourt came free, but Vivaldo Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vivaldo Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vivaldo Borges came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Númenor FC's Gualter Bittencourt. But to his dismay, Gualter Bittencourt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 71st minute, William Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivaldo Borges was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Vivaldo Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 played minutes Cortado got a freekick which was hit by David Lago. After 76 minutes of play, Númenor FC's Danilo Motta made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vivaldo Borges was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes into the match, Cortado's goal looked a bit too open when Guga Almeida came free, but Vivaldo Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Toledo during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. William Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Gualter Bittencourt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivaldo Borges was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Cortado's Vivaldo Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Toledo in the 88th minute of play. Vivaldo Borges came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Númenor FC's Gualter Bittencourt. But to his dismay, Gualter Bittencourt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Vivaldo Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Gil Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vivaldo Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Toledo in the 94th minute of the match. Númenor FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
