COLORADO DA OLARIA's César Saldanha got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. COLORADO DA OLARIA's Vitório Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Duarte in the 16th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lenílson Coutinho during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Vitório Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wellington Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitório Moraes having to interfere. Vitório Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilmar Corrêa's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The attack was good, but when Gilmar Corrêa in the 31st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Gilmar Corrêa succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. 42 minutes into the match, Gilmar Corrêa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vitório Moraes. COLORADO DA OLARIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilmar Corrêa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 45th match minute, Sambô Laion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Twan Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Gilmar Corrêa made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, COLORADO DA OLARIA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wellington Duarte fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gilmar Corrêa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Vitório Moraes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 57 minutes, Gilmar Corrêa made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. COLORADO DA OLARIA's Vitório Moraes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 64 minutes, Sílvio Toscano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the COLORADO DA OLARIA and the Sambô Laion FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Sílvio Toscano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wellington Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Sambô Laion FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
