Basílio da Silveira took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Marques. Leandro Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Erivaldo Miranda's late challenge caught a XI PRIMOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erivaldo Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes Jacampari EC got a freekick which was hit by Erivaldo Miranda. When XI PRIMOS FC's Felippe Trevisan in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Leandro Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basílio da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Felippe Trevisan put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Leandro Marques. The crowd rose to their feet as Hudson Aparecido kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Loyd Hartshorn. That made the score 2-2 in the 37 minute of play. Jacampari EC's João Francisco Moreno got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Loyd Hartshorn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erivaldo Miranda in the 41st minute of play. Erivaldo Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loyd Hartshorn having to interfere. In the 44th match minute, XI PRIMOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Martins to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felippe Trevisan was the one to do the kick off. Felippe Trevisan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Leandro Marques when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Jacampari EC's zone, Felippe Trevisan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Marques came out of the goal and Felippe Trevisan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basílio da Silveira got free with Leandro Marques in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The XI PRIMOS FC fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when XI PRIMOS FC's Hernani Cerezo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 61 played minutes Jacampari EC got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Palmeira. 65 minutes into the match, Jacampari EC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernani Cerezo came free, but Leandro Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Felippe Trevisan sped through Jacampari EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leandro Marques. In the 69th minute, Felippe Trevisan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leandro Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. After 73 minutes, Felippe Trevisan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XI PRIMOS FC and the Jacampari EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Felippe Trevisan hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. XI PRIMOS FC's Elano Soares was substituted for Felippe Trevisan. Elano Soares in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leandro Marques, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Elano Soares came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leandro Marques could save by the left post. Loyd Hartshorn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson do Vale in the 86th minute of the match. Hernani Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Marques having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Jacampari EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Falcão to maneuver through the defense. Loyd Hartshorn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hudson Aparecido in the 92nd minute of play. Elano Soares's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leandro Marques firmly grabbed it by the left post. XI PRIMOS FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
