Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Walt Disney's José Paulo Tavares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. Cheruan's Cacá Botelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luan Rocha in the 8th minute of play. Gugu da Mata blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cacá Botelho having to make a save. 11 minutes into the game, Manoel Perez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cheruan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Walt Disney the free kick. In the 11th match minute, Cheruan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Perez to maneuver through the defense. Geovani Romero's late challenge caught a Cheruan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geovani Romero helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Walt Disney's Geovani Romero got a free kick in the 15th minute. Cacá Botelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luan Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manoel Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Cheruan defense, José Paulo Tavares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cacá Botelho. The Cheruan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cacá Botelho should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, José Paulo Tavares notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Cheruan's Cacá Botelho. Cacá Botelho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute José Paulo Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cacá Botelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Paulo Tavares in the 37th minute of play forced Cheruan's goalkeeper Cacá Botelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Manoel Perez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rômulo Fernandez. That made the score 1-3 in the 40 minute of play. In the 43rd minute Dorian Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Paulo Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Cacá Botelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dorian Fernandes made a kick off. Hortêncio Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 53 minutes into the match, Walt Disney's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Loureiro came free, but Rômulo Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th of the match, José Paulo Tavares tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Cacá Botelho got in the way and made a wonderful save. After 75 minutes of play, Cheruan's Hortêncio Loureiro made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rômulo Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rômulo Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Fernandes in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roberto Vander in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rômulo Fernandez saved Walt Disney from getting behind.
