Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hugo Leão got the match started through his kick off. When Sydney Alagoano came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Black Hawks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sydney Alagoano couldn't finish the play. Albertinho Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Cruz in the 12th minute of play. Walmyr Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo José Loureiro took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valério Antunes. Valério Antunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Walmyr Britto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho Donatello having to interfere. Abelardo Paiva hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Adrianinho Arósio fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Black Hawks's protests and gave Adrianinho Arósio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Remo booed when Black Hawks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrianinho Arósio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Black Hawks's goalkeeper Albertinho Donatello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walmyr Britto. Albertinho Donatello made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Walmyr Britto sent off a good shot on target. Black Hawks's Albertinho Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Leão in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Hugo Leão notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Black Hawks's Albertinho Donatello. Albertinho Donatello was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sydney Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Sydney Alagoano made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Valério Antunes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 53 minutes of play, Black Hawks's Alfredinho Palmeira made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valério Antunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caio Severo during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Caio Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Sydney Alagoano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Valério Antunes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 73 played minutes Black Hawks got a freekick which was hit by Marcelinho Dias. Alfredinho Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sydney Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Sydney Alagoano could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Valério Antunes however easily saved by the left post. In the 85th minute Hugo Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertinho Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Remo's Claudinho Correia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albertinho Donatello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Albertinho Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Leão in the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Black Hawks players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Remo.
