After some careless play in the El Barto F.c FDFDF defense, Augusto Barros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseu Figueiredo. The El Barto F.c FDFDF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseu Figueiredo should have stopped the shot. Lauro de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcel de Brito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. A collision led to El Barto F.c FDFDF getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Sidney Proença hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dadá de Andrade got free with Eliseu Figueiredo in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute, Vinícius Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dadá de Andrade made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Efigenia's goalkeeper Marcel de Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sidney Proença. In the 55th minute of the match Thiago Maciel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eliseu Figueiredo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Eliseu Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Efigenia's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseu Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thiago Maciel during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thiago Maciel hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Ciro Campidelis came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcel de Brito could save by the left post. With a little luck, Efigenia's Marcel de Brito got control of the ball when Ciro Campidelis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augusto Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
