The supporters of Jumentus booed when Brasilino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frédson Saraiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the game, Jumentus's Eliézer Bueno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Róbson Custódio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goalkeeper Róbson Custódio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cássio Velasco. Cássio Velasco took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Róbson Custódio. Róbson Custódio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 18th minute, Jumentus's Hélio Corrêa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Róbson Custódio. Róbson Custódio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. When Isaltino Toledo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Brasilino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaltino Toledo couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jumentus's Javier Fonticoba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Róbson Custódio. That made the score 5-0 after 25 minutes of play. After 30 minutes of play, Brasilino's Amílton Sena made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adriano Penha was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 33 played minutes Brasilino got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Porto. 36 minutes into the match, Hélio Corrêa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Róbson Custódio, 6-1. 46 minutes into the game, Jumentus's Cássio Velasco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Róbson Custódio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaltino Toledo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Jumentus's Nicholas Dalen got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The long shot by Frédson Saraiva in the 53rd minute really tested Adriano Penha's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 54 minutes into the match, Javier Fonticoba notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Brasilino's Róbson Custódio. Róbson Custódio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute, Eliézer Bueno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jumentus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-1. 62 minutes into the match, Cássio Velasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Róbson Custódio. Brasilino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cássio Velasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-1. Brasilino's Róbson Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Velasco in the 65th minute of play. Cássio Velasco took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Róbson Custódio. Róbson Custódio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-1. José Maria Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Róbson Custódio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Vasconcelos's late challenge caught a Jumentus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Vasconcelos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, Brasilino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Hélio Corrêa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jumentus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-1. Róbson Custódio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaká dos Santos hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Isaltino Toledo suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 92 minutes into the game, José Vítor Lucas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jumentus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brasilino the free kick. In the 91st minute, one of Jumentus:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jumentus. Adriano Penha had in the 95thth minute some difficulties stopping Dida Mineiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 14-2 came in the 95th minute when Dida Mineiro all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Adriano Penha. There was no doubt that Jumentus were the better team. Jumentus's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
