In the 13th minute Marcelo Dal Bello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugênio Recife saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Eugênio Recife proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Milan da Freguesia F.C. from getting a goal against them. Marcelinho Hermes struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Lorenzo Rodrigues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milan da Freguesia F.C.. Marcelinho Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But to his dismay, Marcelinho Hermes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Marcelinho Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelinho Hermes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorenzo Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute, Marcelo Dal Bello made a precise shot to the right of Eugênio Recife. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 39 minutes into the game, Clemente Santana threw the ball into play from the sideline. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Ricardo Marquez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After the first half Milan da Freguesia F.C. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Lin Xiang Yang was substituted for Marcelinho Hermes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lin Xiang Yang in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Rodrigues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugênio Recife showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Dal Bello, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Rui Dionísio made a great header on Guando floripa F.C's corner, it was just that Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Eugênio Recife managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 68th minute, Lin Xiang Yang made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Rodrigues. Guando floripa F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Luz in the 72nd minute of play forced Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goalkeeper Eugênio Recife to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenzo Rodrigues came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Lin Xiang Yang. But to his dismay, Lin Xiang Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. A hard shot 78 in the game by Lin Xiang Yang from a close distance when the talented Lorenzo Rodrigues managed to make a qualified save. Guando floripa F.C's players were relieved. The Milan da Freguesia F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Lin Xiang Yang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Guando floripa F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Milan da Freguesia F.C..
