Wambasther Barthez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márcio Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Teodosio Aguilera got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 10 minutes of play, Atlético Acreano's Márcio Moraes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wambasther Barthez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wambasther Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Moraes in the 13th minute of play. Valdomiro Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Aguilera in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Márcio Moraes in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wambasther Barthez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd match minute, Lacothengo de Futiboloca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Pirani to maneuver through the defense. Wambasther Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Moraes in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Dragoş Ecobescu notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Wambasther Barthez. Wambasther Barthez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dragoş Ecobescu took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wambasther Barthez. Wambasther Barthez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 33 played minutes Lacothengo de Futiboloca got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Aguilera. 36 minutes into the match, Lacothengo de Futiboloca's goal looked a bit too open when Dragoş Ecobescu came free, but Wambasther Barthez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Márcio Moraes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wambasther Barthez was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoş Ecobescu in the 39th minute of play forced Lacothengo de Futiboloca's goalkeeper Wambasther Barthez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Márcio Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wambasther Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Tande in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Atlético Acreano booed when Lacothengo de Futiboloca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Quintin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Lacothengo de Futiboloca defense, Dragoş Ecobescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wambasther Barthez. The Lacothengo de Futiboloca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wambasther Barthez should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dragoş Ecobescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Wambasther Barthez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauã Tande in the 55th minute of play. When Bruno Quintin fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lacothengo de Futiboloca's protests and gave Bruno Quintin a yellow card for diving instead. Bruno Quintin kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. With a little luck, Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Wambasther Barthez got control of the ball when Márcio Moraes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dragoş Ecobescu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-7 via right post in the game's 60th minute. Atlético Acreano's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 63 minutes, Teodosio Aguilera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lacothengo de Futiboloca and the Atlético Acreano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Lacothengo de Futiboloca got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Aguilera. 65 minutes into the game, Atlético Acreano's Dragoş Ecobescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wambasther Barthez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. 73 minutes into the match, Márcio Moraes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wambasther Barthez. Lacothengo de Futiboloca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Márcio Moraes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Sandrinho Dias scored 0-10 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wambasther Barthez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th match minute, Lacothengo de Futiboloca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Aguilera to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, one of Lacothengo de Futiboloca:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 82nd minute Atlético Acreano were awarded a corner. Márcio Moraes went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Atlético Acreano's Sandrinho Dias getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Wambasther Barthez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauã Tande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Kauã Tande dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wambasther Barthez, 0-11. Fausto Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Márcio Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wambasther Barthez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Lacothengo de Futiboloca's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Tande came free, but Wambasther Barthez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Kauã Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wambasther Barthez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dragoş Ecobescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Wambasther Barthez made a huge save. Atlético Acreano played a much better game than Lacothengo de Futiboloca and deserved their victory. The Lacothengo de Futiboloca players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
