Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Wágner Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Messaoud Junior in the 6th minute of play. Silvio Artizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Buritizo's Messaoud Junior got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the game, Buritizo's Silvio Artizar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wágner Carneiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Yu Zheng Yi charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yu Zheng Yi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, one of Os Fura Olho F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Os Fura Olho F.C.. The referee gave Buritizo a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ricardo Rocha, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Wágner Carneiro. 2-0. After having played for 19 minutes, Messaoud Junior managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buritizo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Messaoud Junior was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvio Artizar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wágner Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Silvio Artizar sent off a good shot on target. Silvio Artizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Glauco Rosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard-Dean Nixon in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Buritizo's Messaoud Junior ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wágner Carneiro. Wágner Carneiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 38th minute, Silvio Artizar made a precise shot to the right of Wágner Carneiro. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Messaoud Junior sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richard-Dean Nixon to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Os Fura Olho F.C. defense, Messaoud Junior kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wágner Carneiro. The Os Fura Olho F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wágner Carneiro should have stopped the shot. Alvaro Castorena struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Wágner Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buritizo. 58 minutes into the match, Messaoud Junior notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Wágner Carneiro. Wágner Carneiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Silvio Artizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buritizo's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Artizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wágner Carneiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Buritizo's Silvio Artizar got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Silvio Artizar notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Wágner Carneiro. Wágner Carneiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erivaldo Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Silvio Artizar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wágner Carneiro. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvio Artizar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Messaoud Junior received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Wágner Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Messaoud Junior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Richard-Dean Nixon got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute, Alvaro Castorena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 90 played minutes Os Fura Olho F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hélio Capixaba. In the 92nd match minute, Os Fura Olho F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélio Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. Buritizo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
