In the 5th minute, Severino Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the game, Severino Alvarenga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itália's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monster Billy EC the free kick. After 7 played minutes Itália got a freekick which was hit by Severino Alvarenga. After 9 minutes, Aquilino Gaxan made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Itália's Rodriguinho Motta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Cido da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monster Billy EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cido da Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodriguinho Motta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andrézinho Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Cido da Silveira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodriguinho Motta. Cido da Silveira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Severino Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Cido da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguinho Motta having to interfere. 3-0 became the score in the 29th minute when Aquilino Gaxan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Cido da Silveira notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Itália's Rodriguinho Motta. Rodriguinho Motta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute, Aquilino Gaxan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilberto do Valle struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Rodriguinho Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monster Billy EC. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cido da Silveira to make the kick off. Gilberto do Valle hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Cido da Silveira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodriguinho Motta. Itália's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cido da Silveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Celso Osoro's late challenge caught a Monster Billy EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Osoro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Itália was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Osoro to maneuver through the defense. Rodriguinho Motta came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Monster Billy EC's Cido da Silveira. But to his dismay, Cido da Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After having played for 62 minutes, Aquilino Gaxan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monster Billy EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquilino Gaxan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Begley McWillie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Helge Ödman in the 64th minute. Christian Clemencin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Begley McWillie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquilino Gaxan struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Rodriguinho Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monster Billy EC. After some careless play in the Itália defense, Cido da Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodriguinho Motta. The Itália fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodriguinho Motta should have stopped the shot. Cido da Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Itália defense, Aquilino Gaxan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodriguinho Motta. The Itália fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodriguinho Motta should have stopped the shot. Aquilino Gaxan took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodriguinho Motta. Rodriguinho Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Lauro Braga hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
