After a rather tough play, Cascavel's Enio Marquez got a free kick in the 35th minute. After some careless play in the Cascavel defense, Cristiano Xavier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Trigo. The Cascavel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Trigo should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Cascavel's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio da Rocha came free, but Lucas Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lúcio da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

FC La Masia's Perivaldo Valle was substituted for Alexsandro Correia. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristiano Xavier made a kick off. Cristiano Xavier didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 53rd minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Cristiano Xavier ran dejectedly back to his position. A hard shot 55 in the game by Lúcio da Rocha from a close distance when the talented Lucas Trigo managed to make a qualified save. Cascavel's players were relieved. Cristiano Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Trigo having to interfere. Lucas Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Cascavel's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Cristiano Xavier scored to the left of an out of position Lucas Trigo, making the score, 0-4. In the last second Lucas Trigo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Cristiano Xavier in the 74thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Lucas Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Valle in the 76th minute of play. Pedro Luiz das Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Murillo Galvão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas Trigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 83 minutes into the match, Fabinho Reis notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of FC La Masia's Cesinha do Vale. Cesinha do Vale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Cascavel getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Pedrinho Zanette hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Lúcio da Rocha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Trigo. Cascavel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lúcio da Rocha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Lucas Trigo made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Perivaldo Valle sent off a good shot on target. Lucas Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cascavel's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cristiano Xavier 96 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-7.
