The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilmar Romero got free with Sérgio Cearense in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute Gilmar Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Sérgio Cearense successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sérgio Cearense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
