Baraúnas's Dida Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Baraúnas from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Alfredão Torres took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dida Taffarel to make any attempt to save it. Dida Taffarel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arthur Sanna went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jonathan Dijk's late challenge caught a FcktheSystem FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Dijk helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Dijk hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Arthur Sanna took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida Taffarel. Dida Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Arthur Sanna came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dida Taffarel could save by the left post. Cezary Kossakowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodion Cămătaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Baraúnas's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FcktheSystem FC's Cezary Kossakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Ortiz in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Alfredão Torres recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dida Taffarel. Alfredão Torres showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. In the 28th minute, Alfredão Torres made a precise shot to the right of Dida Taffarel. Baraúnas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Dida Taffarel was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Josué da Cunha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Josué da Cunha really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Dida Taffarel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 37 minutes into the match, Baraúnas's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil de Medeiros. Alfredão Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Dida Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Alfredão Torres took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Dida Taffarel to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

The supporters of FcktheSystem FC booed when Baraúnas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Alfredão Torres made a precise shot to the right of Dida Taffarel. Baraúnas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. In the 57th minute, Wesley Sá made a precise shot to the right of Dida Taffarel. Baraúnas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Cezary Kossakowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesinha Dias in the 69th minute. Dida Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredão Torres in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Josué da Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dida Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. Dida Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Sanna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Josué da Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dida Taffarel. Baraúnas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josué da Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. Cezary Kossakowski made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Ezequiel Ortiz sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute, Gil de Medeiros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FcktheSystem FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. Dida Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wesley Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 minutes, Arthur Sanna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FcktheSystem FC and the Baraúnas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FcktheSystem FC's Arthur Sanna got a free kick in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that FcktheSystem FC were the better team. FcktheSystem FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
