RedBull Sete Copas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeferson Peixoto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After a rather tough play, Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Dário Azevedo got a free kick in the 44th minute. Jeferson Peixoto charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeferson Peixoto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

Flávio Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Tiago Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick de Almeida in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57thth minute of the game Eusébio Rezende who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RedBull Sete Copas's Flávio Zonta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Eusébio Rezende got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Flávio Zonta quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, RedBull Sete Copas's Flávio Zonta got control of the ball when Jeferson Peixoto tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Erasmo Hermes put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tiago Arósio. Tiago Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick de Almeida in the 89th minute of the match.
