After 21 played minutes, Especialista FC's Damazy Burufski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Albertinho Gonçalves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Especialista FC reached it. Amílton de Salles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cássio Sarmento having to make a save. Barcelona F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Benedito Coelho scored to the left of an out of position Albertinho Gonçalves, making the score, 0-4. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Tiago Vander took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Albertinho Gonçalves to make any attempt to save it. Damazy Burufski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Albertinho Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Carvalho hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Rony Dionísio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopold Teurfs got free with Albertinho Gonçalves in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amílton de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Sarmento having to interfere. Cássio Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amílton de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopold Teurfs in the 86th minute of play forced Barcelona F.C's goalkeeper Albertinho Gonçalves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Especialista FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
