The supporters of Mota 2017 booed when Desbravadores F C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitalie Tabãrã didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romário de Lara took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulão Barreto. Paulão Barreto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th minute, Romário de Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mota 2017 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Roger Couto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulão Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Nascimento in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Sebastião Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Paulão Barreto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilmar Martins in the 22nd minute of play forced Desbravadores F C's goalkeeper Paulão Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Mota 2017's Sebastião Nascimento made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulão Barreto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulão Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Nascimento in the 26th minute of play. Roger Couto scored 0-5 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulão Barreto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vitalie Tabãrã fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torgeir Phan having to interfere. Paulão Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulão Barreto didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mota 2017's Sebastião Nascimento shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. Sebastião Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Desbravadores F C defense, Romário de Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulão Barreto. The Desbravadores F C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulão Barreto should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusebiu Arvinte to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Desbravadores F C defense, Romário de Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulão Barreto. The Desbravadores F C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulão Barreto should have stopped the shot. 57 minutes into the match, Sebastião Nascimento notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Desbravadores F C's Paulão Barreto. Paulão Barreto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulão Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário de Lara in the 63rd minute of the match. Sebastião Nascimento's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Paulão Barreto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Nilmar Martins kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulão Barreto. That made the score 0-11 in the 66 minute of play. Mota 2017's Eliseu Senna was substituted for Sebastião Nascimento. Mota 2017's Léo Lopes was substituted for Ludwig Wittgenstein. 71 minutes into the match, Desbravadores F C's goalkeeper Paulão Barreto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Betão da Silva. Paulão Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cafu Gomes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torgeir Phan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebiu Arvinte in the 78th minute of play. Paulão Barreto was a little too slow when Eliseu Senna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-12. In the 82nd minute Eliseu Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulão Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90th play minutes Betão da Silva shot 0-13, a short shot which went by Paulão Barreto and just under the crossbar into goal. Mota 2017's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
