In the 8th minute Tiago Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulão Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Vander in the 9th minute of play forced Desbravadores F C's goalkeeper Paulão Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cássio Sarmento was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vitalie Tabãrã showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. In the 14th minute, Tiago Vander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Especialista FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a rather tough play, Especialista FC's Marcelinho Zonta got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Leopold Teurfs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulão Barreto. Desbravadores F C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopold Teurfs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Leopold Teurfs took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulão Barreto. Paulão Barreto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Paulão Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Coelho in the 35th minute of the match. After 38 minutes of play, Especialista FC's Benedito Coelho made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulão Barreto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Desbravadores F C defense, Benedito Coelho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulão Barreto. The Desbravadores F C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulão Barreto should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute, Luca Crăciun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Damazy Burufski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Desbravadores F C's Paulão Barreto didn't even have to move. Luca Crăciun kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The Desbravadores F C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Especialista FC were winning 1-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vitalie Tabãrã made a kick off. A collision led to Especialista FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Rony Dionísio hit a great ball. Cássio Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitalie Tabãrã in the 55th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiago Vander kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulão Barreto. That made the score 1-7 in the 57 minute of play. The supporters of Desbravadores F C booed when Especialista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didi Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulão Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Benedito Coelho scored 1-9 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulão Barreto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adan Leheren's late challenge caught a Especialista FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Leheren helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Desbravadores F C's Adan Leheren got a free kick in the 76th minute. Paulão Barreto made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Rony Dionísio sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, Especialista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vitalie Tabãrã came free, but Cássio Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd play minute Rony Dionísio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Paulão Barreto. 1-11. Paulão Barreto was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Benedito Coelho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benedito Coelho really showed his touch with that goal: 1-12. Benedito Coelho took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulão Barreto. Paulão Barreto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-13. With 93 minutes on the clock, Luca Crăciun commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.
