Jr Familia Campos FC's Naldo Prado quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Crespo in the 19th minute of play forced Squall FC's goalkeeper Fellipe de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Squall FC's Leopoldo Sanches got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ramón Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fellipe de Brito having to interfere. Fellipe de Brito was a little too slow when Leo Crespo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. Squall FC's Fellipe de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adhemar Quadros in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Squall FC got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo Foissac. A collision led to Squall FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Geraldo Foissac hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ramón Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jr Familia Campos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramón Velloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fellipe de Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leo Crespo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55thth minute of the game Leo Crespo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squall FC's Fellipe de Brito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jr Familia Campos FC's Naldo Prado managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Emerson Montenegro in the 60 minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Squall FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adhemar Quadros came free, but Fellipe de Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Squall FC's Fellipe de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Crespo in the 68th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Leo Crespo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fellipe de Brito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Squall FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jr Familia Campos FC the free kick. Fellipe de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Crespo in the 88th minute of the match. Leo Crespo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Squall FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Sabóia to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Jr Familia Campos FC were the better team. Jr Familia Campos FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
