After a rather tough play, Loucolatra Patrocinense's A.J. J.J. got a free kick in the 9th minute. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Narciso Negri took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Lekubegi Vozmediano to make any attempt to save it. After 13 played minutes S.C. Internacional RS got a freekick which was hit by Remo Paraibano. Lekubegi Vozmediano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Negri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Narciso Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lekubegi Vozmediano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21stth minute of the game Perivaldo Freire who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.C. Internacional RS's Martino Pozuelos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martino Pozuelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Freire in the 35th minute of play. Loucolatra Patrocinense's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edgard Olivar in the 36th minute. A collision led to Loucolatra Patrocinense getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ricardo Martini hit a great ball. Wágner Amorim charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wágner Amorim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th match minute, Loucolatra Patrocinense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wágner Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Narciso Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The S.C. Internacional RS fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when S.C. Internacional RS's Narciso Negri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso Negri made a kick off. After a rather tough play, S.C. Internacional RS's Dinei Gøl got a free kick in the 58th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narciso Negri in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lekubegi Vozmediano saved Loucolatra Patrocinense from getting behind. Lekubegi Vozmediano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brasil Brasil in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Loucolatra Patrocinense's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Negri came free, but Lekubegi Vozmediano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute Narciso Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lekubegi Vozmediano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Negri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Lekubegi Vozmediano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Loucolatra Patrocinense's goal looked a bit too open when Sydney Carvalho came free, but Lekubegi Vozmediano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Dinei Gøl managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.C. Internacional RS's supporters rose to their feet, but Dinei Gøl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lekubegi Vozmediano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lekubegi Vozmediano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sydney Carvalho's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. The audience was convinced that Sydney Carvalho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lekubegi Vozmediano was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Perivaldo Freire's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Martino Pozuelos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Brasil Brasil might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lekubegi Vozmediano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After having played for 93 minutes, Sydney Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Internacional RS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sydney Carvalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of S.C. Internacional RS booed when Loucolatra Patrocinense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Martini didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. S.C. Internacional RS had played much better football throughout.
