Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Salles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meninos da Vila F.C. Al Mcgregor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduard Kovalchuk went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 37 minutes of play, Triforce Super Soccer's Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Al Mcgregor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Salles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cătălin Hildan in the 43rd minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Wictor Hagström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristian Salles. Triforce Super Soccer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wictor Hagström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Meninos da Vila F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Luiz Paulo de Lima scored to the left of an out of position Al Mcgregor, making the score, 1-3. In the 60th minute Kiko Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Paulo Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Al Mcgregor having to interfere. If Kiko Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Porto in the 74th minute of the match. Cristian Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wictor Hagström, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Meninos da Vila F.C made a substitution. Fellipe Dante replaced Luizão Benzema. Luiz Paulo de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Triforce Super Soccer's Luiz Paulo de Lima got a free kick in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Meninos da Vila F.C's Cătălin Hildan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristian Salles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Triforce Super Soccer played a much better game than Meninos da Vila F.C and deserved their victory. The Meninos da Vila F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
