When Caldebrazza's Hugo Lucian in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pontal FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Lucian in the 6th minute of play forced Pontal FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Lucian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Lucian in the 17th minute of play forced Pontal FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Lucian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, Pontal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Augusto Pereira to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Pontal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Lucian came free, but Bernardo Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stergios Stefanoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stergios Stefanoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 37th minute Luís Paulo Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Paulo Faria took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Ferraz. Bernardo Ferraz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Lucian in the 44th minute of play forced Pontal FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Geraldo Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardo Ferraz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Lucian to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Caldebrazza's Hugo Lucian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Ferraz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Bernardo Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Paulo Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Paulo Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Bernardo Ferraz made a huge save. Hugo Lucian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the last second Bernardo Ferraz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Hugo Lucian in the 64thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Alessandro Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Amorim in the 66th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Pontal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Dias to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Stergios Stefanoulis could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Bernardo Ferraz however easily saved by the left post. After 73 minutes of play, Caldebrazza's Hugo Lucian made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hugo Lucian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernardo Ferraz came out and tried to block the shot, but Hugo Lucian slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 76th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Pontal FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Ferraz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Paulo Faria. 88 minutes into the match, Pontal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Lucian came free, but Bernardo Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Ferraz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Lucian in the 89th minute. After 91 played minutes Caldebrazza got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Mazza. Nuno de Moraes charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuno de Moraes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Nuno de Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Pontal FC's Bernardo Ferraz got control of the ball when Hugo Lucian tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 98th minute of the match Caldebrazza got a corner. Pontal FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anísio Neiva ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Caldebrazza's Hugo Lucian to fire away a dangerous shot which Bernardo Ferraz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Caldebrazza's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
