When Marcinho Mangueira came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Caldebrazza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho Mangueira couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Caldebrazza getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Marcinho Mangueira hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Caldebrazza's Dino Arósio threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luís Paulo Faria, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luís Paulo Faria made a great header on Caldebrazza's corner, it was just that Corinthians Virtual FC's Dino Arósio managed to reach the ball for a save. 12 minutes into the match, Caldebrazza's goal looked a bit too open when Moisés Lago came free, but Alessandro Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Arósio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Lucian in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Stergios Stefanoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caldebrazza's supporters rose to their feet, but Stergios Stefanoulis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Arósio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Lucian in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Arósio saved Corinthians Virtual FC from getting behind. Alessandro Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moisés Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Stergios Stefanoulis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dino Arósio came out and tried to block the shot, but Stergios Stefanoulis slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Luís Paulo Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corinthians Virtual FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Hugo Lucian scored to the left of an out of position Dino Arósio, making the score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Lucian in the 38th minute of play forced Corinthians Virtual FC's goalkeeper Dino Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Dino Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Lucian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Corinthians Virtual FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Hugo Lucian scored to the left of an out of position Dino Arósio, making the score, 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
If Jarbas Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Caldebrazza's Alessandro Linares got control of the ball when Moisés Lago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alessandro Linares came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Corinthians Virtual FC's Moisés Lago. But to his dismay, Moisés Lago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 62nd minute, Hugo Lucian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dino Arósio was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 66 minutes into the match, Corinthians Virtual FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stergios Stefanoulis came free, but Dino Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Arósio came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Caldebrazza's Hugo Lucian. But to his dismay, Hugo Lucian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. After 72 minutes, Hugo Lucian made it 8-1 with a short kick to the right side. Corinthians Virtual FC's Dino Arósio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute of the match, Moisés Lago got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alessandro Linares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Caldebrazza's Marcinho Mangueira got a free kick in the 77th minute. Alessandro Linares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moisés Lago in the 78th minute. 78 minutes into the game, Moisés Lago recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alessandro Linares. Moisés Lago showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 8-2. Hugo Lucian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Dino Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Caldebrazza fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Caldebrazza's Hugo Lucian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Corinthians Virtual FC defense, Hugo Lucian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dino Arósio. The Corinthians Virtual FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dino Arósio should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Lucian in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Arósio saved Corinthians Virtual FC from getting behind. After 91 played minutes Corinthians Virtual FC got a freekick which was hit by Yao Lang Si. When Caldebrazza's Hugo Lucian in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corinthians Virtual FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Corinthians Virtual FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Adilson Pinheiro hit a great ball.
