Ferenc Újházi's late challenge caught a GrandBulls's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cătălin Hildan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of GrandBulls booed when Meninos da Vila F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Vítor Carneiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luizão Benzema recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, GrandBulls's José Vítor Carneiro got control of the ball when Bernardinho de Senna tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Meninos da Vila F.C's José Vítor Carneiro threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luizão Benzema, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cătălin Hildan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. José Vítor Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The GrandBulls fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Meninos da Vila F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
