When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Flalemanha's zone, Alexandre Vides stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stanislas Le Duigou came out of the goal and Alexandre Vides tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 56 minutes into the game, Alexandre Vides cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Stanislas Le Duigou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Flalemanha's Carlos Fernando de Azevedo got a free kick in the 60th minute. When Célio Nunes came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Flalemanha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Célio Nunes couldn't finish the play. Célio Nunes's late challenge caught a Frutal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Célio Nunes helped the player get up and apologised. Flalemanha's Stanislas Le Duigou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efraín Bacete in the 72nd minute of play. Carlos Fernando de Azevedo's late challenge caught a Frutal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alberto Queirós, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 87th play minutes Osvaldo da Mata shot 6-1, a short shot which went by Alberto Queirós and just under the crossbar into goal.
