Gilberto Diniz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hílton Zonta having to make a save. In the 9th minute Gilberto Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olavo Gaspar hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. João Pedro Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hílton Zonta having to interfere. Josué Camargo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reginaldo Simão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Ruy Cambuquira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Reginaldo Simão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Josué Camargo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Reginaldo Simão, passed just outside the right post. In the 27th minute, Joaquin Markel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The East Tokyo United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 29 minutes, Josué Camargo made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chuteira Santa F.C's Reginaldo Simão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th match minute, East Tokyo United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elari Kaaaas to maneuver through the defense. Gilberto Diniz charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilberto Diniz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chuteira Santa F.C's Gilberto Diniz got a free kick in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Joaquin Markel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reginaldo Simão. Joaquin Markel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Hílton Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmo de Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo de Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to East Tokyo United getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Anselmo de Souza hit a great ball.

In the 62nd minute, Ismael Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. East Tokyo United's Ruy Cambuquira got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ismael Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Chuteira Santa F.C's Gilberto Diniz got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 68 played minutes East Tokyo United got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Nóbrega. With a little luck, East Tokyo United's Hílton Zonta got control of the ball when Gilberto Diniz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reginaldo Simão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Camargo in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Joaquin Markel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reginaldo Simão was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josué Camargo in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reginaldo Simão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruy Cambuquira's late challenge caught a Chuteira Santa F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruy Cambuquira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to East Tokyo United getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ruy Cambuquira hit a great ball. In the 90th match minute, Chuteira Santa F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Diniz to maneuver through the defense. East Tokyo United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
