Rodolfo Paiva scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Adolfo Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Rio Arinos fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Rio Arinos's Rodolfo Paiva looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice moves Rodolfo Paiva could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which João Adolfo Torres however easily saved by the left post. Rodolfo Paiva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, João Adolfo Torres skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Almirantes F.C.'s zone, Rodolfo Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Adolfo Torres came out of the goal and Rodolfo Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24th play minutes Rodolfo Paiva shot 3-0, a short shot which went by João Adolfo Torres and just under the crossbar into goal. 28 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Paiva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Adolfo Torres. Almirantes F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Paiva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Rodolfo Paiva had several of the Almirantes F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed João Adolfo Torres as he didn't even see the shot coming. João Adolfo Torres came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Rio Arinos's Rodolfo Paiva. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Paiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Paiva got free with João Adolfo Torres in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Rio Arinos booed when Almirantes F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Paiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. João Adolfo Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo Paiva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Carlos Fernando Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Jacinto scored 10-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Adolfo Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Paiva in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Adolfo Torres saved Almirantes F.C. from getting behind. After having played for 62 minutes, Gil Arósio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rio Arinos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gil Arósio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vítor Dracena scored 11-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Adolfo Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. João Adolfo Torres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodolfo Paiva's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Paiva in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Adolfo Torres saved Almirantes F.C. from getting behind. When Rio Arinos's Rodolfo Paiva in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a left leg João Adolfo Torres saved Almirantes F.C. from getting behind. 94 minutes into the game, Rio Arinos's Rodolfo Paiva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Adolfo Torres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. 98 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Paiva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Adolfo Torres. Almirantes F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Paiva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rio Arinos had played much better football throughout.
