Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice moves Jefferson Davila could shoot a difficult shot in the 6th minute, which Reginaldo Simão however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Helmet Football Club's Délio Peixoto got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Gugu da Rocha made a precise shot to the right of Reginaldo Simão. Chuteira Santa F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 13th minute, Nico Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Helmet Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The long shot by Délio Peixoto in the 16th minute really tested Reginaldo Simão's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Nico Fonseca took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reginaldo Simão. Reginaldo Simão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 26th match minute, Chuteira Santa F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denílson Silveira to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Augusto Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reginaldo Simão having to interfere. Reginaldo Simão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico Fonseca in the 30th minute of play. Nico Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 33 played minutes Chuteira Santa F.C got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Silveira. Tiago Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rômulo Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th match minute, Helmet Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans McKnight to maneuver through the defense. Reginaldo Simão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nico Fonseca went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Reginaldo Simão was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Jefferson Davila capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jefferson Davila really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. When Nico Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Helmet Football Club's protests and gave Nico Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Nico Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nico Fonseca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Rômulo Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 played minutes Chuteira Santa F.C got a freekick which was hit by Olavo Gaspar. In the 62nd minute Nico Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reginaldo Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nico Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Jefferson Davila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Helmet Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chuteira Santa F.C the free kick. A collision led to Helmet Football Club getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jefferson Davila hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Chuteira Santa F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Fonseca came free, but Reginaldo Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Chuteira Santa F.C defense, Nico Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reginaldo Simão. The Chuteira Santa F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reginaldo Simão should have stopped the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Chuteira Santa F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Fonseca came free, but Reginaldo Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiago Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rômulo Neto in the 80th minute. When Délio Peixoto came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Helmet Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Délio Peixoto couldn't finish the play. Jefferson Davila kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Helmet Football Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
