Anísio Antunes charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anísio Antunes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd minute, Cesinha Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claudinei Capixaba charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Almirantes F.C. booed when Minaçu Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Cesinha Leal sped through Minaçu Esporte Clube's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rodolfo Rodriguez. The crowd rose to their feet as Giorgian De Arrascaeta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving João Adolfo Torres. That made the score 2-1 in the 84 minute of play. Almirantes F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
