Anísio Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renan Amorim having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Fabiano de Medeiros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's Washington Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 17 minutes of play, Minaçu Esporte Clube's Giorgian De Arrascaeta made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Renan Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 21 minutes, Fabiano de Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano de Medeiros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tostão Passos hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Rodriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Minaçu Esporte Clube's Giorgian De Arrascaeta got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 34 played minutes IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Eugênio Melo. After having played for 38 minutes, Thiago Simão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minaçu Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thiago Simão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Minaçu Esporte Clube's zone, Washington Hermes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Rodriguez came out of the goal and Washington Hermes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giorgian De Arrascaeta to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgian De Arrascaeta came free, but Renan Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th match minute, IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugênio Melo to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Vivaldo Moreno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 62 minutes, Anísio Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Renan Amorim came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Minaçu Esporte Clube's Giorgian De Arrascaeta. But to his dismay, Giorgian De Arrascaeta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Washington Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Washington Hermes struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Rodolfo Rodriguez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF. The audience was convinced that Giorgian De Arrascaeta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renan Amorim was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. The Minaçu Esporte Clube fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Minaçu Esporte Clube's Giorgian De Arrascaeta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77th minute, Giorgian De Arrascaeta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute, César Falcão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Renan Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgian De Arrascaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Tostão Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After some careless play in the IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF defense, Giorgian De Arrascaeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renan Amorim. The IBIRATAIA BA - FDFDF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renan Amorim should have stopped the shot. Renan Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Simão in the 90th minute of play. Washington Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
