Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Válbson Godoi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Wilton Valladares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edu Reis was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. If Mauro Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edu Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Edu Reis came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s Mauro Mergildo. But to his dismay, Mauro Mergildo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0.
