Without hesitation aimed to the right of Laerte Amorim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Goiás Esporte Clube's José Paulo Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gildo Teixeira hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Rogério Alagoano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laerte Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogério Alagoano in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laerte Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Goiás Esporte Clube's Rogério Alagoano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laerte Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Laerte Amorim came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Goiás Esporte Clube's Rogério Alagoano. But to his dismay, Rogério Alagoano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 30 minutes into the match, Goiás Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Vânderson Galvão came free, but Mané Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MILLENNYUM RACING's Gildo Teixeira got a free kick in the 31st minute. Laerte Amorim came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Goiás Esporte Clube's Rogério Alagoano. But to his dismay, Rogério Alagoano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 36 minutes into the match, Wanderson Siqueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laerte Amorim. MILLENNYUM RACING's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wanderson Siqueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The audience was convinced that Rogério Alagoano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laerte Amorim was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Rogério Alagoano had several of the MILLENNYUM RACING's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 42 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 6-0 score and a disappointed Laerte Amorim as he didn't even see the shot coming. Rogério Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Laerte Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goiás Esporte Clube. Rogério Alagoano in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Laerte Amorim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gildo Teixeira made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Rogério Alagoano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laerte Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Laerte Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Siqueira in the 55th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Wanderson Siqueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laerte Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. In the 63rd minute, José Paulo Medeiros made a precise shot to the right of Laerte Amorim. MILLENNYUM RACING's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. In the 66th match minute, MILLENNYUM RACING was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Laerte Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dong Xuan Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Rogério Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Laerte Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Isac in the 70th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Rogério Alagoano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laerte Amorim was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. 75 minutes into the game, Goiás Esporte Clube's Davi Isac nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laerte Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Wanderson Siqueira might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laerte Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wanderson Siqueira ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Rogério Alagoano put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Laerte Amorim. In the 85th minute, Rogério Alagoano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Goiás Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. When Rogério Alagoano came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Goiás Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogério Alagoano couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Rogério Alagoano notched a goal, 14-0, to the right of MILLENNYUM RACING's Laerte Amorim. Laerte Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Goiás Esporte Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
