After 2 played minutes ITAMARATY got a freekick which was hit by Luisinho de Amaral. ITAMARATY's Vladimír Veleta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilton Valladares in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s goalkeeper Telmo Tande, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sidnei Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ITAMARATY's Virgílio Domingues got a free kick in the 14th minute. Vladimír Veleta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton Valladares in the 19th minute of play. Wilton Valladares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimír Veleta having to interfere. In the 24th minute Wilton Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimír Veleta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s Carlos Augusto Gerber tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fernando Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilton Valladares made a kick off. Mauro Mergildo came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vladimír Veleta could save by the left post. Vladimír Veleta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauro Mergildo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Arnaldo Goiano kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Carlos Augusto Gerber was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
